BJJ No-Gi

Traditionally the BJJ uniform consists of a Gi meaning a Kimono, therefore the BJJ No-Gi is the absense of wearing a Gi and instead the practicioner wears a shorts bottom and a rash guard top.

Besides the difference of attire, it also means that the aim of No Gi is not to grab the opponents uniform but to concentrate in wrestling and leg submission skills!

No matter at what level of fitness or experience, we welcome all teens to join us in your BJJ Journey.

Whether you are looking be become fit, learn self defense or wanting to be part of our competition team, you have come to the right place.

Head Coach "Jung" will work together with you and the class on the basics of the BJJ
